The account (@SchneiderES) will help the company exchange information, discuss current issues in the energy sector and offer advice on energy efficiency. You can also show the public the latest news, photographs, videos and campaigns specific to the company.
"Social networks have become essential channels for companies, since they allow them to reach their audience in an immediate, simple and close way," said José Emilio Serra, director of marketing and communication at Schneider Electric.
The Facebook and Twitter profiles are in addition to those that the company had opened on Youtube and online corporate television, Schneider TV.
