With the aim of providing greater and efficient coverage to its customers in Mexico, the company Luvata will open a branch in the city of Monterrey, which will specifically meet the demand for products related to coil coatings, a process to coat one or both sides of a steel or aluminum sheet to protect them from corrosion.
The company's anti-corrosion products are aimed at HVAC/R systems, "it is important to grow at the same pace as our customers," says John Peter Lessi, CEO of Luvata, "this expansion helps us and our customers save energy, transportation and logistics," concludes Lessi.
Although the exact location of the new facility has not yet been defined, the plans the company has designed estimate a construction of 50,000 to 60,000 square feet to serve HVAC/R manufacturers in Monterrey. The company also stipulates that for the total operation of the plant it will require 40 to 50 employees, which according to calculations, will be launched in the first quarter of 2013.
This opening in Mexico will join the other two new coil coating centers in Louisville, Kentucky and Jacksonville, Texas. Luvata products are characterized by being made from water, which contribute to the environment.
