DiversiTech Corp., manufacturer and supplier of HVAC/R parts and accessories, announced that it has hired Nicole Kroner, CPA, as its new chief financial officer.
Kroner will be responsible for the company's overall accounting and finance functions. This includes: financial forecasting and analysis; general accounting and financial reporting; deployment shared services; treasury; tax strategy and compliance; and integration and support strategy, among other responsibilities. She will report directly to DiversiTech CEO Jim Prescott.
"Nicole brings the right mix of financial and human management skills to this vital position," Prescott said. "Their proven success in driving financial value for private and public companies, along with their strategic and collaborative mindset, are key assets that will further accelerate our continued growth and that of our customers."
