For this reason and to further strengthen the Board of Directors team that has been operating successfully for many years, we have decided to adapt the organizational structure to the future needs of the market from the functional aspect."
He adds: "We see ourselves as a customer-oriented company, moving away from the structures of the business division in its orientation and towards a clear, function-based organization.
In the future our internal organization is based on the four core pillars of development, production, sales and finance. Therefore the above areas of responsibility will be clearly aligned into these four groups."
