Colombia. The third edition of TecnoEdificios closed with total success its two days (November 8 and 9) of academic days where a large number of attendees were trained with the conferences offered by a complete group of experts from the United States, Mexico and the host country.
Complementing the conferences, three successful panels were held on LEED Certification, commissioning and value generation in a building, the latter also attended by the members of the Association of Modern Building Managers (AGEM), which made its official presentation within the congress.
As an added value, a group of attendees had the opportunity to visit three efficient facilities certified or in the process of obtaining LEED certification, such as the AVON Ecobranch Distribution Center, the Ruta N Building and San Vicente Foundation Specialized Centers.
Additionally, the exhibition that presented more than 65 companies with the latest news for the best operation of commercial and industrial buildings, received thousands of visitors not only from Colombia, but from other countries who sought to generate new contacts to carry out interesting businesses related to the operation and maintenance of buildings.
In conclusion, TecnoEdificios was a success, both in its academic and commercial proposal, and is already preparing for the 2013 edition that will be held on November 7 and 8 and that will surpass what was done in this version.
