Panama. A success was the twelfth edition of the expo congress RefriAméricas 2015, which was held at the Hotel El Panama on June 4 and 5.
Around 2,000 attendees were present at the edition that for the first time was held in the Central American country, which had the participation of some 67 exhibiting companies of the most important in the country and the region; In addition, the Academic Congress was held with 21 talks presented by renowned international speakers.
The event was attended by important personalities at the opening ceremony: Néstor Gonzales, Vice Minister of Foreign Trade; Felicia Tulloch, Deputy Director General of Population, Ministry of Health; Simon Park, President of Samsung Latin America; Max Jaramillo, President of Latin Press; and Moisés Emiliani Villamil, representative of the HVAC/R industry in Panama, who made the ribbon cutting.
The satisfaction with the results of RefriAméricas was not long in coming from the exhibitors, and attendees, who agreed that Panama needed this type of space to congregate in one place the air conditioning and refrigeration sector.
For that reason, RefriAméricas has already confirmed that in 2016 it will return to Panama to hold the event on June 2 and 3, this time at the Atlapa Convention Center.
