After tabulating the evaluation surveys of the academic component of RefriAméricas 2011, a high degree of satisfaction could be perceived among the attendees. Regarding the qualification of the contents of the two days of academic talks, the balance ended up being pleasantly satisfactory. In the section of the speakers, they also received a positive evaluation by the attendees.
Among the conferences and speakers evaluated individually, the best rated topics were: "Applications of electronic expansion valves and advantages", guided by the engineer Fernando Becerra of the Danfoss company, who received 70% of excellent ratings.
The same happened with the talks "Maintenance and repair improvements in the diagnosis of faults in compressors: detect them faster than usual", dictated by the engineer Giovanni Barletta, of Emerson, "Reduction of costs through electric heating cables in chambers and industrial refrigeration equipment", directed by the Frenchman Guillaume Klein, of Flexelec -Projectcol S.A.S., and "Selected Capacity Vs. Actual Capacity Required: Avoid Over/Underuse in Your Production Plants"," guided by Mauricio Baena, of Thermal Engineering S.A.S., who achieved nearly 50% of excellent ratings.
Another aspect that should be highlighted is that before the question Would you recommend the congress to your colleagues? 99% of the attendees said yes, citing the high degree of satisfaction and the important training and updating scenario that RefriAméricas represents for the industry in the region.
This implies a high degree of commitment for the ninth version of the event, which will be held again in Medellín, on June 21 and 22, 2012, at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center.
