Belimo's new flow sensor uses ultrasonic transit time technology to provide accurate and repeatable flow measurements of water and water/glycol mixtures without drift in any HVAC application, to maximize system efficiency.
Its innovative measurement method includes calibrated wet multipoint to ensure ± 2% reading accuracy and 0.5% ± repeatability for accurate measurement, while its patented temperature compensation and glycol logic eliminates manual calibration.
The ultra-compact size with a short inlet length of 5 x nominal pipe diameter and no output length requirements allows the ultrasonic flow sensor to be installed in tight spaces. The low power consumption of 0.5W saves power and transformer capacity.
