Trina Solar's four new series of high-performance PV modules are designed to meet the diverse needs of PV applications in multiple scenarios, reaching 415 watts of maximum power.
The four new module series include Honey, Tallmax in high-efficiency series, Duomax in double-glazed series, Duomax Twin in bifacial series and Honey Black M in aesthetic series.
This equipment can be employed in distributed generation projects and scale projects for onshore utilities. An increase in module production from 370 to 415 watts would help reduce the cost of system balance (BOS) by 4.5% to 8.5%, and reduce the levelized cost of electricity (LCoE) by 2.5% to 4.6%.
The bifacial series offers an additional maximum capacity of 5% to 30% for its back, offers high power generation in snowy fields and places where sand is abundant, among other high reflection environments. The aesthetic series is specially designed for the high-end residential market with a black design.
