The Extech antheromic model AN500 thermo-anemometer is an instrument that measures flow and reads air velocity and temperature by placing the sensor in a duct or vent, displaying the results on its dual display. Calculates CMM/CFM based on the shape of the duct its fit and size.
The slim sensor (8 mm) easily enters 8.3" holes and the telescopic probe extends to 7 feet (2.1 m) for more accurate measurements, as well as the technology has CAT (automatic temperature compensation).
In addition, it has the possibility of saving and viewing 36 readings on the screen, adjustable parameters for height, maximum and minimum average data retention, automatic shutdown and universal adapter 100V-240V AC, with 4 plugs, 6 batteries, and a hard case.
The AN500 thermo-anemometer is designed with an ergonomic handle and an anti-rotation sensor that prevents the variation of the direction of the probe with the flow of air to remain aligned always.
