Ingersoll Rand
Ingersoll Rand has introduced new models in its Next Generation R-Series compressor line that incorporate advanced variable speed control (VSD) technology to increase airflow output by up to 15%, reduce energy costs by up to 35% compared to fixed-speed models and increase system reliability.
With the launch of the RS30n and RS37n VSD models, Ingersoll Rand engineers have designed an optimized system that takes full advantage of the latest advances in rotor dynamics, coupled with fully sealed fan-cooled high-performance motors (TEFC, Totally Enclosed, Fan-Cooled). The core of all Next Generation R-Series compressors is the airend, designed to significantly improve overall system efficiency by ensuring very few pressure drops occur. It provides a specific power output and world-class airflow capacity for all compressor applications.
The compressors are designed to withstand the most demanding plant conditions and can operate continuously at ambient temperatures of up to 46ºC.
