Bell & Gossett introduced its new ZonesavTM 5500 Controller, which is designed to optimize zone/bridge flow and delta T timing circuit without sacrificing moisture control and comfort.The Technologic 5500 Zonesav™ controller currently makes it possible to decouple the thermal and hydraulic zones from cold or hot water distribution systems. The equipment is suitable for two- or three-way control valve applications.
Standard features of the Zonesav controller include a wall-mounted frame, temperature readings, adjustable PID functions, automatic or manual controls, system purge, PID automatic adjustment functions and power optimization, as well as user-accessible valve limit parameters.
