The bronze air separators (Taco 4900 Series) are designed for complete air removal from closed-loop heating and cooling systems up to a maximum temperature of 240°F and a maximum pressure of 150 PSI.

The principle on which the bronze air separators of the 4900 series are based is a patented and proven method for removing gases from water: the PALL ring process. The latest microbubble separation of the PALL ring process eliminates the harmful effects and irritating noise caused by unwanted air from the system.

Among its initial features are: connection sizes (in.): 3/4 – 2, are available in Press Sweat, NPT, has patented PALL ring design, eliminates air-induced system noise, ventilation can be closed and is of robust reliability.
