Carrier Transicold
Carrier Transicold added three new models to the Supra Series, offering more efficient cooling options for trucks of varying capacities, and reducing noise generation by up to 3 decibels.
The Supra S6 model, presented in 2019, is joined by the new S7, S8 and S9 models, which operate in trucks from 3 to 8.5 meters in length. All four models provide up to 20% higher cooling capacity than previous models, with up to 50% less refrigerant use.
In addition, the weight of the equipment is 5-9% lighter than others available on the market, and with a configuration that uses 42% fewer components than previous models and an improved design that extends the maintenance-free time up to 2,000 hours. Also, the inclusion of a honeycomb grille provides a more modern appearance, while it can be easily removed, for easy access to internal components.
