The new line of NewTon industrial refrigeration systems is based on the concepts of natural refrigerants, energy saving and ease of use, with a new compressor design with IPM motor, and the optimized design of the heat exchanger.
The system uses ammonia as the primary refrigerant, which is thermodynamically more efficient, while CO2, with high cooling capacity and very low transport power, and is used as a secondary refrigerant supplied to the air coolers that keep the interior of the cold storage warehouses cold.
NewTon uses a minimum charge of ammonia coolant in a leak-resistant construction, and for co2 refrigerant welded joints are used to form a sealed structure. The system has CO2 concentration sensors installed in the work and cold storage areas to generate alerts if necessary.
Due to the new compressor and heat exchanger designs, the system significantly educates the amount of energy used, and has models for different applications: for cold storage, the NewTon R and NewTon C models; for freezers, NewTon F; and for ice rinks, NewTon S.
