Static glycol evaporators are ideal for installation in small chambers or open showcases with natural air circulation by convection. Intersam's range of static IES is designed for cameras that work at high and medium temperatures, mainly for the conservation of gender.
The batteries of these static glycol are built in 5/8" copper tube and carry corrugated aluminum fins with 12mm separations. They can be served with one or two refrigerant circuits. In the case of carrying two, they have a production system of the venturi type for the application of thermostatic expansion valves. On the other hand, the frame is made of aluminum sheet and is provided with protective collars.
The static glycol evaporators of Intersam's IES range feature a drip and drain tray structure constructed of pre-lacquered aluminium. They are built in the form of sawteeth and sections. Discharged in a single tray, with built-in drain, this tray prevents dripping on the genre of the chamber and favors the collection of condensation in the defrosting process.
