The dashboard for operators of Johnson Controls equipment, allows 24/7 access to trends of data and predictive analysis, the same that factory technicians use to maintain and troubleshoot their customers' chillers.
The dashboard has features that help operators spot situations before they become future problems.
It is enabled by Smart Connected Chillers IoT (Internet of Things) software, which connects chillers to the Microsoft Azure cloud-based platform which can collect, and analyze trends and error data, with more than 3,000 chillers of all brands and models connected to the platform.
The system allows remote access from any mobile device (phone or tablet) to critical alarm reports, alerts and analysis.
