ePIV is a valve that is not affected by pressure variations in the system. This solution directly measures effusion by the combination of a magnetic flow meter and a two-way control valve.
The actuator has a powerful algorithm that modulates valve control to maintain the flow of the setpoint through the regulator. The flow reading is reported to the regulator using a standard signal and the valve can be used in a building automation system to perform advanced control and energy strategies.
This system has been designed for HVAC applications and comes in sizes from 2 and a half to 6 inches.
