The city of Zaragoza, together with Madrid, hosts on November 17 the II Conference 'City, Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency', which will have a first part on the 3rd in Madrid.
The conference is organized by the Brial Enática Chair of the University of Zaragoza (UZ) together with the 'Ortega Marañón' Foundation. Registration is open.
The main objective of these days is to consolidate them as a national forum for knowledge, reflection and generation of proposals created around a topic of such importance in the current and future development of our cities as is that of renewable energies and energy efficiency.
In this second edition, guided by the regulatory framework established by the European Union and its member states,
Spain, its autonomous communities and its municipalities, the conference will analyze if it is being the appropriate channel to promote the incorporation of renewable energies and energy efficiency in cities and the change of our habits.
The inauguration in Zaragoza, on November 17 at 10 am in the Auditorium, will be in charge of the President of the Government of Aragon, Marcelino Iglesias, the rector of the University of Zaragoza, Manuel López Pérez, and the president of its Social Council, José Luis Marqués Insa. (EUROPA PRESS)
