The Cantabrian vice president, Dolores Gorostiaga, and the councilors of Environment and Industry and Technological Development, Francisco Martín and Juan José Sota, will participate this Friday in a conference on renewable energies in which they will share reflections with university professors and entrepreneurs.
In the meeting, organized by the Matilde de la Torre Foundation and which will be inaugurated by Gorostiaga at 9.30 a.m., the Minister of Economy and Finance, Ángel Agudo, will also intervene, who will discuss renewable energies and the economy with the president of Caja Cantabria, Enrique Ambrosio, and with the managing partner of Glezco, David González Pescador.
The second round table will deal with renewable energies and the environment, in this case with the participation of Francisco Martín, the professor of the University of Cantabria César Otero and the mayor of Valdeolea, Ángel Calderón.
Next, the debate will focus on the relationship between renewables and R + D + i, with the interventions of the director of the Institute of Hydraulics, Íñigo Losada; the CEO of Sodercan, Salvador Blanco, and the director of Conceptual-KLT, Pablo de Castro.
The Minister of Industry, for his part, will be in charge of closing the day. (EUROPA PRESS)
