I have added a new page: Commissioning, the label of which can be seen at the top of this page. I have placed it in the same category as LEED assessment systems, due to the importance that the Commission represents in the certification process. Commissioning can be described as a separate service, contracted by the project owner; which consists of an assurance of the quality of the building in such a way that it includes everything that constitutes the Requirements of the Owner and the considerations of the Bases of the Design.
This new section describes all the requirements that LEED requests from the Commissioning process, for the fulfillment of Prerequisite EA 1: Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems and for the EA C3 Advanced Commissioning Credit. This description deals with the two types of commissioning together in such a way as to clarify the relationship between them and help the elaboration of the requirements to request this service.
