TROX produces the largest air conditioners in its history for the new Vestas factory in Daimiel

Trox Recently the Dutch multinational Vestas -dedicated to the development, manufacture, sale and maintenance of wind technology to generate electricity- inaugurated its new factory for the production of blades for wind turbines in the city of Daimiel.

In direct collaboration with the consulting Firm Aguilera, TROX Spain collaborated in the project, supplying its solutions for the air conditioning of the offices and the ventilation of the factory.

Due to the characteristics of the installation, the air handling units (TKM 75 series) designed required the production of units of dimensions never before manufactured in the history of TROX, becoming the largest air conditioners produced and supplied by the firm to date.

Climatizadores de mayor tamao producidos por Trox TROX air conditioners guarantee the contribution of the air flow necessary for ventilation, air quality and heat treatment of the different premises, at the same time that they do it efficiently. For this, they have filtration, mixing and free-cooling sections, heat exchange batteries, as well as heat recuperators and frequency inverters in fans to minimize energy consumption.

The network of air ducts has constant and variable flow regulators that guarantee the adjustment of the air flow to the need of each enclosure, perfectly balancing the whole installation. The combination of these elements with the variation of speed in the fans of the air treatment units, also results in the reduction of the electrical consumption of the installation.

Grilles, ceiling diffusers and air intake assemblies with regulation gate complete the bulk of the supply of materials made by TROX Spain.
