Colombia. The Colombian Association of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Acaire, will present (together with 60 companies from the national industry) the developments and trends of the sector, as well as the competitive advantages of the country, in a pavilion of the International Fair of Bogotá 2010, from October 4 to 8 in Corferias.
Likewise, from October 5 to 7, the Association will be present at the III International Congress of Engineering and Thermal Sciences, also in Bogotá, which is aimed at engineering professionals working in the sector, end users, academia and students.
Acaire promotes participation in this academic space so that industry actors are updated on what this technology shows the country, focused on the energy and environmental sustainability of the projects, as well as energy saving, cogeneration, new trends, products and applications, clean energy, optimization, climate change, protocols and cold chain.
This event will be attended by specialists from the United States, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina and Colombia, who will present the advances in these issues in their markets.
Ross Montgomery and Tom Lawrence, from the United States, representing ASHRAE, will share the importance of commissioning or quality assurance issues in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation projects.
Celso Simoes, executive president of International Relations of ABRAVA, will teach the course on Clean Rooms; and Camilo Botero and Fabio Clavijo will present the course Design, operation and maintenance of high performance buildings.
