Argentina. An important bioconstruction project is being developed in the town of Tigre (Buenos Aires), making use of technologies and practices that improve energy and resource efficiency, with this it seeks to contribute an important share to the megaprojects that are built in favor of the environment, constituting itself as the first building that takes advantage of the Energy Plan launched by the National Government aimed at the rational use of energy.
The work, which is expected to begin in March of this year, will last nine months of construction and will be located at the intersection of Catamarca and Santiago del Estero streets. Its designers affirm that this new building has been designed with materials and systems that reduce the consumption of drinking water, will also guarantee air quality, favor recycling, increase green spaces in the surroundings and encourage local construction industries.
