USA. It is well known that the number of Hispanic workers in the construction world has increased in the northern country and it seems that it will continue to do so. The HVAC industry, which has always needed skilled workers and will always need the new blood that the populations of Latin American countries offer.
HVAC contractors have reported the need for them, such as drywall specialists. Due to the language barrier, which creates the main problems, the need for these workers will be a gap that will have to be filled.
But, the main problem in the immediate future, is to offer the safety and technical information in multiple languages to support these workers, so necessary in the industry and wait while they learn the new language to adjust to these delicate situations. Multilingual safety training will begin to be offered for novices who do not speak English, thanks to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
