Chile. The Ozone Unit of the Ministry of the Environment announced the opening of registrations for the contest "Women in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning 2025".
This initiative seeks to recognize companies in the sector that promote female inclusion in technical and sales areas.
The contest will reward those organizations that not only have a greater participation of women in their teams, but also promote an inclusive work environment and offer professional development opportunities for them.
Companies interested in participating can download the rules of the contest, complete the registration form and send it along with the required documentation to the email [email protected].
The registration period will be open until May 31, 2025.
