Mexico. Around 143 professionals, including manufacturers and distributors, gathered at the 2nd Annual HARDI MéxicoConference, held prior to the opening of the AHR Expo in Guadalajara.
This space opened the possibility of having for the first time a booth program with 14 tables of sponsoring manufacturers.
Additionally, the activity offered two presentations: one on supplier segmentation and its impact on prices and the second on best practices of best sellers using statistics and studies from Harvard and the consulting firm Rain Group.
The convention also had two round tables: one on the advantages of two-stage distribution and the increase in sales of manufacturers and distributors who practice it, and the second on the best practices of telephone sales and the advances of the companies in Mexico that have implemented it.
"We closed the event with a cocktail and the introduction of AHRI managers for Mexico and their managers from the USA, for the opening of the AHRI office in Mexico, and also to celebrate the very successful and enjoyable convention that we all enjoy at GDL," said Guitze Messina, executive director of HARDI Mexico.
