HVAC/R Industry Gender Gap Survey

Colombia/Mexico. ACAIRE and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) have been developing a study that analyzes gender gaps in the refrigeration and innovation sector for Mexico and Colombia.

The survey, which has 4 sections, and will take less than 10 minutes to complete (it is very important to answer it completely), is aimed at companies with main activity in HVAC / R, and energy, and aims to:

- Establish specific information for the sector in relation to the participation of women.
- Explore the perception of wage gaps and policies and guidelines on equality between men and women.
- Characterize the factors that influence the incorporation and permanence of women in the sector
