Now in English the report Top 100 Contractors – HVAC/R Installers Latin America • 2021-2022

 Latin America. The new English edition of the Top 100 Contractors – HVAC/R Installers 2021-2022 is now available. The Top 100 Contractors - HVAC/R Installers Latin America - 2021-2022 report contains three new chapters: "Sectors and companies in the face of COVID-19: Impact on the industry", "Sustainable development and environmental impact" and "Growth of the construction sector in the region 2021-2022".

The first one delves into the business situation, the productive structure and the differences in performance. As for the construction chapter, the prospects and the level of investment are addressed.

In addition, for the first time, the document develops other key aspects of the HVAC/R industry raised since the growth of the market during the last year, originated by the purchase and reserve of vaccines and the impact on the acquisition of refrigeration.

It should be noted that for this year the macroeconomic analysis is maintained taking into account the economic outlook of the region in which a fall of 7.7% of Latin American GDP was proposed in 2020, according to the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean. Scenario that improves for 2021 where a growth rate of 5.2% of the world economy is expected.

Therefore, it became very important to interpret the impact for the industry country by country taking into account the perspective of the Contractors - Installers who were part of the TOP 100, along with detailed data on the companies in the ranking in 2021, including 30 companies from Mexico, 15 from Central America, 35 from the Andean Region and 20 from the Southern Cone.

The special report also includes a market study, by sales figure, of the most used brands and also attaches information that shows the growth of the last 2 years per quarter in terms of HVAC-R import in the regions by components of expenditure (GDP, personal consumption expenses, private investment, government expenditures on consumption and investment).

Additional analysis of the level of investment and costs How is the market for this industry in relation to GDP? How are the fiscal fronts? How can deficits or deflations impact investment? Also, data on capital flows and risk that financial markets can present within the industry are shown.
