Mexico. Ecochillers participated in a cooling project for the Bardahl Toluca Injection Plant Soplo Plastic Containers for the development of products such as Automotive Oil and Antifreeze.
This type of solution requires cooling in the molds to control their process temperature, which is achieved with chillers or chillers, however, the plant needed, in some parts of the process, a higher temperature than the rest of the equipment, or even within the same equipment.
This need is found in the injection processes. Injection molds need specific temperatures in each of the zones to produce parts of the best quality.
Solution:
- Chiller ECT INVERTER Of 120 Tons 288 gpm, with an Integrated ECTTR090DC Thermoregulator to keep the water at 12ºC with a capacity of 90 GPM, which operates with a controller and valves of control and flow regulation, plate exchanger, this thermoregulator has managed to maintain the stable temperature for a part of the Process.
- Lower cost regulator simplifying the control without complicated algorithms using the same energy of the Chiller as a cooling source, and recovering the heat of compressors as a heating source without requiring electrical resistances.
- Chiller Inverter Manufactured With Bitzer Scroll Compressors each with variable frequency drive maximizing energy savings.
- Helmet type heat exchanger and robust and repairable tube, for rough use.
- Pumping kit, 2,000 liter tank, 2 pumps of 15 HP each and 2 pumps of 40 HP of High Pressure, Variable Pumping each pump with variable speed drive.
