Latin America. The Federation of Ibero-American Associations of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (FAIAR) announced that the Ibero-American Faiar Standard for Indoor Air Quality Control in Buildings – CAI is now available.
FAIAR, composed of experts from Spain, Brazil and Colombia supported by experts from Chile, Mexico, Paraguay and Portugal worked for more than 24 months to develop the recommendations for the Ibero-American Faiar Standard for Indoor Air Quality Control in Buildings – CAI, the standard compiles existing standards in Ibero-America and offers guiding values, test methods and inspection.
The application of the standard allows to improve productivity and air quality in spaces such as offices, educational institutions, among others.
