Spain. Sodeca Group, manufacturer of industrial fans, fans for the evacuation of fumes and equipment for the overpressure of stairs in case of fire, announced that it continues to grow with the new addition to the group of Marelli Ventilazione S.R.L.
Marelli is a company located in the north of Italy, specialist in the manufacture of large industrial fans. With more than 125 years of history, it has managed to be one of the leading companies in Italy for its recognized trajectory, especially in the manufacture of fans for furnaces and industrial processes.
Sodeca explained that this acquisition is part of the group's international expansion strategy, with the aim of being able to offer proximity customer service and respond adequately to the increase in demand detected in recent years.
Currently Sodeca Group is made up of 12 own companies, with a workforce of more than 550 employees and a global turnover of 90 million euros.
