International. A study by York, a unit of Johnson Controls, says its Smart Connected Chillers are innovating, servicing and improving outcomes for connected customers.
The company says that with more than 3,000 chillers now connected, more than 54 million data samples are being generated daily.
Chillers experts are able to access this data through dashboards and mobile apps, giving them a clear view of how chillers are running, anytime, anywhere.
Putting this data in the hands of experts produces real results for Chiller Smart Connected customers. They are seeing results such as a 66% reduction in unplanned emergency repairs and a 65% reduction in the average repair time of malfunctioning chillers.
These results are gaining recognition. Johnson Controls has recently been recognized with the 2016 Microsoft Partner of the Year Finalist, Internet of Thing (IoT) Award.
