Brazil. Around 400 people attended the 54th Penguin Night, traditional celebration of the HVAC-R sector party, held by Abrava - Brazilian Association of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating.
The celebration, held on December 4, aimed to bring together professionals representing the four sectors for the closing of the year's activities. The event took place at the Syrian Club in Sao Paulo.
For the president of Abrava, Wadi Tadeu Neaime the night had a special flavor "it is a joy to meet every year, since we have the opportunity to meet some friends, colleagues from the market and representatives of all the entities of our sector from all regions of Brazil. But especially for me I have two reasons to celebrate, today I am president of Abrava, I finish my mandate in six months and I ask for the support of Arnaldo Basile to be my successor, and the return of the partnership with Sindratar-SP, after a long period of absence, which allowed us to resume the action plans and create a positive agenda for the strengthening of the sectors represented. "
Among those present, entrepreneurs, employees of the HVAC-R sector, family members, representatives of partner organizations such as Asbrav, Smacna Brasil, IBF (Brazilian Institute of Cold) Senai Oscar Rodrigues Alves, Sindratar-SP, Sindratar-PE, Anamaco, ABRAFAC, Asbea, Abralimp, Reed exhibitions, Fatec Itaquera, among others.
As every year, the meeting had a tribute, this edition was for the engineer Roberto Minozzo, formed in 1967, was the former president of Abrava, since 1979 he is in WH Engineering working in favor of the HVAC-R sector, and always dedicating part of his time to volunteer work.
