Heatcraft unveils new industrial condensing unit

Brazil. As part of Febrava 2015, Heatcraft, a company of the Lennox International Inc. group, launched the Industrial Condensing Unit with vertical airflow "IV".

With capacities of up to 200HP, the device is designed for medium and large works with  multi-chamber environments, that is, a single unit that operates in cold and frozen chambers simultaneously.

For the project manager, Gustavo Moreira, the elimination of the engine room can bring significant savings for the end customer. According to the study carried out for this project, in addition to the expenses involved in its construction, there is a significant reduction in the property tax, since it is defined according to the constructed area of the facility.

The "V" mounted microchannel condenser with 800 mm electronic motor fans guarantees coolant savings and low energy consumption, which allow high efficiency thermal exchange and motors that regulate their speed according to environmental and chamber conditions.

Among other features, the multicompressor equipment supports three to six scroll or semi-hermetic compressors and a condenser of two to eight motor fans of German technology of 800 mm in diameter. Sound insulation in the compression system, drastically reducing the perception of noise around the product. It also features a noise reduction coupled to the condenser, Heatcraft design, allowing a reduction of fan noise of up to 15 dBA, ideal for installation in urban centers and residential areas.
