United States. Emerson Climate Technologies has announced the integration of its White-Rodgers and Flow Controls businesses into an individual organization that will operate beginning on the first of October.
The consolidated business, operating as White-Rodgers, will feature a portfolio of HVAC products including gas valves for water heaters and furnaces, ignition controls, thermostats, expansion valves, and system protection components, which are sold under the White-Rodgers and Emerson brands.
Jack Huether, president of White-Rodgers, an Emerson executive with more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry will assume responsibility for the new entity. White-Rodgers will continue to be part of Emerson's climate technologies business platform led by Bob Sharp, Emerson's executive vice president and business leader.
