Argentina. A delegation from the Argentine Chamber of Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation formulated the proposal that seeks to technically supervise the correct installation of split systems and after-sales services, which would reduce energy consumption by 25%.
In order to promote the implementation of more efficient refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, the need to create a regulation that promotes the care of the environment and the efficient use of energy was raised before the Municipal Council.
The proposal also includes central air conditioning systems for large stages such as cinemas, restaurants, hospitals, among others, which require greater control.
Members of the Council highlighted the importance of this kind of initiative, highlighting that in seasons such as summer energy consumption skyrockets, and committed to study the project, highlighting the importance of a technician certifying the installation and correct choice of air conditioning systems.
