Venezuela. The Faculty of Engineering of the Central University of Venezuela will hold this July 27 and 28 the course "Principles of refrigeration and selection of air conditioning systems", aimed at engineering students and engineers, architects, service or design technicians, contractors and other professionals related to the area.
The course aims to provide an overview of the operation of air conditioning systems, to know the appropriate methods for the selection of these systems and to become aware of the impact of their selection on energy savings.
The instructors of the course are Johane Hans Bracamonte Baran, Mechanical Engineer (U.C.V. 2007), M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (U.C.V. 2010) and professor of Thermodynamics and Solar Thermal Technology; and Reinaldo José Díaz Hernández, Mechanical Engineer (U.C.V. 2009), and professor of Thermodynamics Laboratory, both belonging to the university recino.
