International. The energy services company, Scanenergi, announced the acquisition of the subsidiary Danfoss Solutions, in charge of helping industrial companies in the generation of energy savings.
This agreement, according to its representatives, will accelerate Scanenergi's growth and its position in the European market as a provider of consulting and energy-saving solutions. "This market is growing rapidly in the time when businesses have understood that energy saving is good for the environment and for their profits," said Scanenergi CEO Michael Mikkelsen.
The acquisition agreement includes that Scanenergi will continue to work on a number of energy-saving projects at Danfoss Group factories in several countries.
With this agreement, Scanenergi's group of employees will rise to 130, who will work from the corporate headquarters in Ikast, Denmark.
