Brazil. The Carel Group recently presented its new factory in Brazil, located in the industrial zone of Valinhos, about 100 km northwest of Sao Paulo, thus becoming its fourth commercial and productive subsidiary, after those of Italy, China and the United States, integrating into the remaining 9 commercial subsidiaries.
The new facility has an area of more than 1,000 square meters and a "green field" plant, constituted from scratch. It will handle the production of electronic solutions for the HVAC/R sector and has high-tech facilities such as mounting systems, automatic welding and testing.
The production process is controlled by means of automatic "in-circuit" and functional test systems on 100% of the production and completed with the application phases of the protection coating.
