USA. USA Thanks to its exceptional customer service, Lennox has just received the coveted Partners of Choice Award from David Weekley Homes, the third largest builder in the United States. Lennox received an "A" in the service category, from among 150 companies surveyed, of which only 18 were awarded.
"Lennox has enjoyed more than ten years of relationship with David Weekley Homes. Since that time, our dealers and managers in the construction business have worked very hard to ensure the best customer service. By receiving this award, we know that the efforts have paid off and we should be happy," says John Webster, director of residential new construction at Lennox.
The selection criteria is based on the National : National Tradings Partners Survey survey that is conducted every quarter among 150 suppliers of the company.
