Colombia. Taking into account the opinions of the attendees of the past congresses, as well as the different proposals of the Academic Committee, the congress and commercial exhibition TecnoEdificios confirmed its list of conferencias for the 2013 edition.
In its fourth version, the congress will have four main thematic axes: Safety, Management, Sustainability and Energy Saving, which are based on a conglomerate of talks that seek to train the manager, the building manager or the facility manager on the latest trends to make a building a modern construction and with benefits in energy saving and sustainability.
Topics related to coatings for buildings, access control systems, risk analysis, selection of a facility manager, technical standards for efficient buildings, energy saving strategies, maintenance, among others, will be presented by a group of experts that will gradually be confirmed.
