The first version of the Congress of technologies for the modernization of commercial and industrial buildings, TecnoEdificios, which will be held on November 4 and 5 in Plaza Mayor, will include within its academic program a series of visits to some of the most modern buildings in Colombia, where attendees will have the opportunity to know the operation and administration of the properties in terms of technology. 
The heads of engineering and services, heads of maintenance and industrial security, heads of security and access control, administrators and owners of large buildings, who previously confirm their participation in TecnoEdificios, will know the Bancolombia Building, the SantaFé Shopping Center and the Engineering Building of the Eafit University , and will tour its modern facilities designed under the concept of sustainability, saving natural resources, automation, integration and operation of technologies.
These visits will be the open mouths of the Congress and will be held on November 3, prior to the start of the conferences that will be presented by international and national professionals with extensive experience in security, air conditioning and refrigeration, sustainability, energy management and integration.
The first version of the TecnoEdificios Congress is aimed at all professionals related to the operation and administration of commercial and industrial buildings.
