This Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17 , will be the eighth edition of RefriAméricas, the congress and commercial exhibition for industrial and commercial refrigeration in Latin America, which will be held at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center, in Medellín, Colombia.
The congress will have an academic component supported by a group of outstanding speakers in the international arena, who will talk about current issues of great importance for the industry.
In addition, RefriAméricas will offer a large Commercial Exhibition and Business Roundtable in which the companies with the greatest recognition in the market will meet. In addition, entities such as ACAIRE, Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) and SENA provide support and quality assurance to RefriAméricas 2011.
Santiago Jaramillo, academic coordinator of the congress, commented in this regard that "in the segment, both industrial and commercial, attendees will know through the experience of renowned speakers from five countries novelties for the improvement of cold processes in the meat, poultry, beverage sectors, as well as maintenance and good refrigeration practices".
