The QuickVic SD Installation-Ready system is a smooth-ended pipe joining technology designed for carbon steel HVAC systems of 2 inches/DN50 and below. The system is an economical and efficient solution for small diameter commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
The use of this system in small diameter carbon steel systems boosts the efficiency of installation and maintenance. The system also allows pad-to-pad verification, a retention inspection window, and knurled insertion depth marks on the pipe. In addition, the products include a leak-if-not-tightened technology.
The line includes ready-to-install couplings, fittings and valves, and the PC3110 cutter and marking tool.
