Flange three-way Unimizer control valves offer high performance at an affordable price, 45-50 percent lower than a three-way butterfly valve, which allow for low-torque drives resulting in actuator costs of between 30 and 50 percent less than similar valves.
The three-way actuated control valve solves overflow problems, causing the coil and shunt currents to flow simultaneously through the ball.
These valves feature five or six Hp, allowing an exact match to pressure drop requirements, thus enhancing the valve's authority in the system, with an explosion-proof neck and easily repairable in the field.
In addition, it features a patented Teflon seal for reduced torque that allows the use of smaller actuators.
