An event that wants to make known the truths and lies that hide behind the food we eat every day and the consequences they have on our health.
Formerly, all food was preserved with all-natural methods that had no dangerous consequences for humans. Smoke, salt, vinegar or the seasoning spices themselves were ingredients that did not produce any subversive effect on food.
However, currently food preservation, along with the cultivation procedures and medicines used, are processes that contain very dangerous poisons for consumers. The most serious thing is that the industry, not satisfied with varying the natural processes of conservation, is also dedicated to putting legal poisons in the coloration, in the flavor, etc. in a totally artificial way.
Today, there are more than 2,500 harmful and legal substances used by the macro industry, which is only interested in lining its pockets without caring to intoxicate society.
