International. Dubai plans to take its 360-degree experience far beyond video by building the world's first rotating skyscraper by 2020.
The "Dynamic Tower", proposed in 2008 by Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher, will feature 80 rotating stories that will make the building appear to be in constant motion. Not to mention that it will produce incredible views.
Each different story of the futuristic apartment building will rotate 360 degrees and move independently, so residents can control their speed or decide to stop the movement altogether with simple voice commands. Each unit costs $30 million.
One of the main visual benefits of living in the revolutionary tower is that it will give the user the possibility to see the sunrise and fix it from the same window. And in case it's not nice enough, wind turbines are located between each floor of the building to provide power to the structure.
