Argentina. Local engineers developed the prototype of what will be the first remote control for air conditioning systems manufactured in the South American country, and which can be compatible with most of the equipment they produce there.
The device was delivered to the Minister of Industry, Débora Giorgi, who assured that this creation responds to the demands of the portfolio on the manufacture of HVAC equipment that aims to include more and more parts manufactured in Argentina.
The companies Inarci and Megatech merged in what was called the Transitory Union of Companies (UTE) to create this control developed in the technological pole of Tierra de Fuego.
The engineers assured that the control can be manufactured for brands that request it and expect to produce a total of 300,000 units in the first year. A domestic company supplied plastic injection of the remote control housing and keyboard.
