Many buildings suffer from basic failures in the level of energy efficiency and these conditions can cause complaints, which in fact were found in 75 percent of the buildings surveyed. Over-ventilation is the most common cause of excessive energy utilization related to HVAC systems.
The AirAdvice report defines the updated status of the performance of HVAC systems in the United States and was conducted since June 2006 in more than 300 commercial buildings and with more than 3700 internal environmental analyses.
